Direct entry to ca articleship

I have passed CPT and appeared ipcc exam but failed.

i am b.com graduate with 57% from a recognized university (university of calicut, kerala). the papers are out of 80 marks each, remaining 20 marks covered in a seperate 2 theory papers named business environment and business practice in 3rd year b.com.

ICAI latest notification says " graduates or post graduate in commerce required to secure aggregate marks of 55% or above of the total marks or it's equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized university by studying any three papers of 100 marks each out of accounting, auditing, mercantile laws, corporate laws, economics.."

can i join to articleship under the new scheme?
