Yes Sir, In My opinion, 30th April of Each year is last date for Filing DIR-3 KYC.

Actually as per the amendment in 2019, the Rule 12A of the Directors Appointment and Qualification Rule was amended and the due date was extended to 30th September. MCA website does not provide any due date chart. It is there in the MCA website as a part of Companies Act 2013 e-book.

30.09.2021 is the due date for every DIN / DPIN Holders as on 31.03.2021

If kyc for the first time - file DIR 3 KYC form 

If subsequent - file web kyc
