Yes, DIR 12 to be filed....attachments being consent letter form director in format DIR 2 and letter of appointment... Check the attachment for further details...

but dir -2 and letter of appointment is applicable from 1st april 2014.how director give cosent in dir -2 which is not come in force in march 14.

Yes U r right, no need to file DIR-2 as the event occured before 1st April,2014.

Hi, form 32 is no longer accepted by the MCA.....Morover, DIR 2 is nothing but consent of director which was also required in earlier form 32..... You can do one thing....fill up DIR 12 and check what attachments they are mandatorily asking for......if given the time period they are not asking for letter of appointment, then you can proceed with the same....or else for giving effect to the appointment you have to fulfill the requirements.. Do post your observation hereinafter.... Regards....

my qusetion is for cosent letter.director is not ready to give cosent leeter in dir -2.they asaid that they will already provided me cosent letter.letter of appointment is nothing .i have letter of appointment .they not provide us interest in other entities.what will i do
