A person has got two din approved, and has filed din3 with earlier Number and than got its DSC registered with second number, now at the time of filing annual forms or other forms, this person dsc is not accepted by the portal. Can someone suggest me the outcome, as portal is not allowing me to change the DIN detail in DSC registration.

I suggest ypu try two alternatives. (a) Register the same signature under the other DIN also. If this is accepted, the problem will be solved. Else (2) Buy another DSC. However, sooner or later, he must surrender one of the DINs - sooner, the better.
In addition to my suggestions given earlier, you may also do the following - only if the Coompany is a closely held private limited Company. File Form 32 for resignation and appointment of the Director under respective DIN. This will also help you in surrendering the extra DIN later on.
