Din application pan error

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to file DIN-1 of a person, but while doing pre-scrutney, error comes that the form has already filed, click ok to continue or cancel. I did complete pre-scrutney and proceed to upload form. However, then error comes that PAN filled is already in data (error file attached).

But, I search for DIN Application using person's first name, last name and date of birth, pop-up comes "no record found", which cleary shows there is no DIN in the name of that person, but PAN has been used by someone.

How to verify the same and claim correction to get DIN in legitimate person? Please reply.
