If 2 directors of a Pvt Ltd Co. also happen to open a LLP, can the DIN and Digital Signature be used for LLP also? Is DPIN not required if the person already has a DIN?

No, DPIN is not required if person already has DIN . Please refer to MCA Circular dated 8 July, 2011(https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Circular_44-2011_08july2011.pdf) for further information.

DPIN is not required, DIN and Digital Signature of directors can be used for the incorporation of LLP, kindly go through MCA circular dated 8th July, 2011.
My guess is DPIN not required. Further same digital sngnature of an individual can be used for different comanies/LLP.
