Din address & MOA, AOA

File DIN 4 has to be filed to change/update the address.

Required documents will be address proof.

can u please suggest me After my DIN address is changed to the Mumbai address, then we have to apply to ROC for Change of subscriber address for MOA and AOA (with regard to my DIN- since it was a Delhi-based address in DIN, my address given in subscriber page/last page of AOA & MOA is also of Delhi) That has to be changed to the Mumbai address, so can anyone please help me

It is sufficient if you update the address details by filing DIN 4., no need to   apply to ROC for Change of subscriber address for MOA and AOA.

ROC forms all have pre-fill option, so only DIN 4 has to be filed. For future correspondence/ forms it will consider mumbai address.

do we have to attach proof  of identity in case of address change with the DIN-4 form & in case of address change will the passport work ( indian citizen)
