Here there are two options: MT & PT for each fields. I know it is Management training & Practical Training. But what is the difference between both of them? Are they both valid for 15 months training or just PT is valid?

This post is way old but still if anyone has any query regarding this issue in the future,i am clarifying terms.
As per information given to me from toll free ICSI number, the students who have applied for exemption from MT (Management Training, which consists of 15 months) and they are granted exemption, they have to do PT (Practical Training) for 3 months.
All other students who are not eligible for Exemption have to do MT.
