if it is a new die then capitalise dr the tool &dies credit party if it is a modification carried out check out if it enhances the capacity of die to capitalise the same else it is an expense once  die is capitalised and for each and every part You have to amotise the same when sending the parts while doing billing to the customer ie basic value add die amortisation on that you have to discharge excise duty but for  discharging vat you have to reduce such amortisation
