Goods sent from UP to Rajasthan. During movement of goods, goods are inspected by proper officer in MP.
Due to discrepancy MP state gst officer levy tax and penalty.
My query is about the jurisdiction of MP's Proper officer and we have to appeal in MP or UP ?
