I am having a query on applicability of TDS. My Company has incurred a cost of Rs.2,00,000 for "Cost Per Lead Campaign" and recognised as Advertisment Expenses in Books of Accounts. Whether there is any applicability of TDS. If Applicable Under What Section I Have to deduct TDS.

How was that spent? Paid to any single party?

Yes, it was paid to a single Party and a Single transaction

Your company must have entered into contract with some advertising agency. This type of paymets are covered under Sec 194C and hence TDS should be deducted.
