Hello Everyone,

Could anybody help me in my below queries?

What are responsibilities of a CA while digitally signed DIR 3 for DIN
IS DIR 4 is mandatory and who will sign it on DIR 4 only Director or CA alone?

DEAR,

DIR-4 is a mandatory attachment to DIR-3, Proposed Director is liable to sign on dir-4 form not CA.

Yes, however, a CA/CS/ existing's companies director's signature must on DIR 3.In this case, what would be a CA responsibility while signing on it.

u need to have the applicant DSC first for applying for DIN !!

I am sorry I could not make myself understand,I want to know while signing this a professional CA/CS is responsible for the genuineness of his address proof and ID proof?

Okay, many of companies are providing service online like Iindiafilings and all which require only scanned copy fo documents.so how can they ensure about the genuineness of documents?
