Yes you need to prepare b/s , p/l . 1. Make data entry for 2 years of bank pass books . 2. Ask for list of investments like PPF , NSC, KVP , SHARE INVESTMENTS, FIXED DEPOSIT WITH BANKS. 3. book the fixed assets like clinic, bike, car, residential house and charge depreciation . 4.Take confirmation of accounts as per materiality. 5. Take interest certificate from banks. 6. Match the ledger balances. 7. Charge expenses. 8. TDs form 26AS shall give additional information regarding incomes. 9. LIC premium receipts. 10. You can look back to this forum or email at rajcdoshi @ gmail.com if you get stuck somewhere.
You need to file return in form ITR-4 only.
but there is no clinic he is working in a hospital and receive salary wen I gotform 16 a tds was deducted u/s 194j
file itr-4 and for income under 194j, fill details under no account case. no need to maintain books and even then expenses can be claimed.
Sec 44AD is not applicable for professionals. So I think you cannot file under no account case. @ tribhuvan Singh Aditya Ji.
Fill salary income under the head salary. Fill professional income under profits and gains of business - profession. You can claim expenses too.
