Dear Experts, Some of our customer issue us C form mentioning whole value of invoice i.e. product value+excise+cst but few used to mention only product value+excise vale. What is the correct process as per CST Act/Rules.

C FORM ISSUE AT ASSESABLE VALUE ON WHICH CST IS CALCULATED
THUS IT DOES NOT INCLUDES CST.

C form Will Be Issued on Product Vale+ Excise+ CST
the value on which CST Has Been Charged Including CST...
Many Times Transportation Charges Added in Bill on Which CST is Not Charged in this Case we will Not Consider Transportation Charges in C Form

C Form is Issued Quartely by sales tax Department so the Purchase Made During the Quarter from Same Supplier is included and Written on C form

C Form issued of Total Value of Bill Including excise + maf + cst. But some Buyer have issued only assessable Value.

Sir..C form issue on taxable vaue ( Basic + Excise). It can be issued on Total Bill Amount. But you can take credit only taxable value.
