Can anyone tell me what rate of service tax is applicable for November 2012 IPCC exams? Is it 10% (+3%) or 12%(+3%)

Since the amendments relating to Indirect Taxes are effective immediately, you need to consider the recent amendment in Budget. So the Service Tax rate applicable for Nov'12 exams is 12% (+3%).
