I am filling itr-i for salaried person, i have file all the details as per form-16 and his gross total income is 195450 and tds is 561 as per form 16 but as per itr tds is 1591, please let me know how can i fix it?

I think that you have to file ITR 1 and pay the differential amount by self assessment tax.

If tax is not paid by employer then it is duty of employee to pay tax hence there is no any type tax evasion or excess payment of tax.It is not a BIG mistake and it happens sometimes.
