hey everyone. I need an urgent advice.
I had joined a partnership firm in this august after passing my both group of ipcc. But before my registeration letter came, my principal changed his address from udaipur to mumbai as he was to stay there.
Now i am asked by the institute to send my documents to mumbai branch office. Isnt there any other option, that i can continue in my present office in udaipur ?

If your principal is having a branch office in Udaipur,you can continue there but your address for corresspondence will be your Mumbai office.But in case your principal doesn't have any branch office in Udaipur and he has shifted his entire set up from Udaipur to Mumbai,there is no remedy for you but to take transfer from your present principal if at all you want to stay back in Udaipur and do your articleship.
