What to do for clearing the exams?

I don't know how to clear the Exams. May'11 was my 3rd attempt. But I failed this attempt too. I dont know how the marks have been provided on what basis. I got 19 marks in my ISCA paper. I dont know how did they give 19 for that? I am so frustrated about the results.

I have planned to quit CA and at the same time frenz ask me take another attempt. But without job and money how can i sustain the life now? Bcoz it is uncertain that ICAI will make me pass by next attempt.

So, Please guide me friends. What I should do now?

For the past 3 attempts I havent passed the Management Accounting, ISCA and DT. What is the book should i have to follow for these papers? For costing I am following Saravana Prasath's book. is this enough?

Please guide me yaar////////////////////

This is the main issue that on what basis they are giving marks.............. I m also finding the answer of ur que that what is the way to pass CA exam.................................

Friend,

Many of us know the answer of a question but in exams we get confused what to write, from where we have to start, how long we have to attempt the theoritical answer, how much gap we have to leave if we r unable to answer the que...........etc......etc........

Here, r some points which will helps u to get alongwith good marks in theoritical subjects:

Answer to the point and be brief. Valuator does not have ample time to read your answer paper thoroughly. They will abundantly make use of scanning technique.
Present your points as a list wherever possible. This will increase the chances of the point being read by the valuator. Number the points numerically instead of alphabetically.
Questions that use words such as describe and discuss require longer narrative answers. Present such answers in paragraphs with appropriate headings.
Present examples and illustrations frequently.
Underline key words in your answers. This is a must to enhance of your point being noticed by the valuator
Tabulate the comparative points (in a columnar fashion), when you answer questions asking for comparison of alternatives, techniques, opinions, etc.
Avoid writing long and descripttive answers that take up yours as well as valuator time. They test the patience of the valuator and it is risky to do so.
When you forget some points when writing the examination, leave some space and start a new answer. You can return later and complete the previous answer when you recollect the points.
In the case of law, if you are sure of the case laws and sections, provide these in the answer sheet.
Final students will be expected to give practical examples, application areas and good criticism of the subject matter (in applicable topics).

Hey, never give up! Even I took several attempts to clear CA. But today, I'm enjoying d fruit. Just go thru suggested answers of past xams, &compare d answers given by u. that way u can realise ur mistakes. Always learn frm ur mistakes.

As far as csting is concerned, SAravana prasath is enuf. Try solving all exercises in that book.
