Yes....if u hv completd ur bcom....thn fill form 112 with ca institute.....otherwise ca ins wont permit u......n last date is 5 june for dec attempt.....n no exemption is available

n may be u will get exemption from computer training......

As Piyushji said, you need to get permission from ICAI to go another course. For IPCC qualified students, CMA Foundation course is exempted. and 31st May is the last date for regn for Dec'13 exams, New syllabus2012 will apply for you. You need to complete comp trng to appear for both grps or remaining grp, and answering test papers depends on your Regional council.
