Detail about compliance officer

Compliance Officer is a designation which is entrusted by Board of Directors...not a degree.As per LODR a CS is appointed as Compliance Officer of a Listed Entity.So you dont need to get any degree other than cs.

as per regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 -A listed entity shall appoint a qualified company secretary as the compliance officer.

No degee or course required to become a Complinace Officer.
