We are two partners want dissolution of our partnership.
Our question is ,
on whose name the stamp paper will be brought ?
Is it valid if the stamp will be bought on the name of third party who is not partner of the firm.
please reply its urgent.

No the Stamp paper is to be purchased in the name of the Firm, let first party be of the firm and second party be the partners. Stamp to be purchased by the Firm.
For dissolution of a partnership firm, the stamp paper for the dissolution deed must be bought in the name of the firm and partners only.
