Have you noticed that Part A of Form 16 downloaded from TRACES does not contain the designation of the Employee concerned.
Also where it uses the dates April 1 2012 to March 31 2013 in all cases. For an employee who left say on 31 Decemebr 12, the dates are April to March which is not very encouraging.

Part A is only the details of TDS deducted and deposited during the respective Financial Year.
Only Part B contains the details of salary which may be prepared for the dates of employment please.
In case of designation, I guess there is an error on your profile please. If you edit you profile by adding or editing designation, I hope, then this error won't come please.
