Depressed due to articleship, need urgent help

File a written complaint against your principal if he is asking you to personal jobs. 

Its very much shameful to read this.. Articles are hardly paid anything on top of that they are exploited like anything..

ITS HIGH TIME ICAI MAKES SOME GRAVE CHANGES IN TRANSFER RULES..........

hi friends , can ny 1 tell me abt industrial trainning ? When we start industrial trainning and what kind of companies is come under the umbrella of industrial trainning ?

Hi Mohan..................................First understand that whereever you join there is one kind or  other problem say no work...over work...under work......boring work r watever infact u urself xperienced different prblms in two diff firms............even if u go nd join some othr firm its likely dat der may b some  othr prblms for some othr reasons........so first undstd dat unfortunately PAIN IS UNAVOIDABLE BUT SUFFERING IS YOUR CHOICE.............so think abt d larger picture bcoz derz absolutely no point in getting depressed for something which is not your fault. so accept the situation......relax.....calm down.......start being okay......dont get into dat depression or self pity it drains you down and dont feel like the biggest loser in the world.There are bigger and better problems waiting........

         Now letz think of a very practical solution rather than a idealistic one ..........d good thing is dat u r already  done wid 1.5 yrs......past is past nd most imp its already over .........so now letz thk abt d rem 18 months alone........ since u 've not utilised much of  ur leave i thk der r atleast 3 months official leave so all u gotta take care is ur rem 18-3 = 15 months....................the best thg would b going for industrial training in a good org bcoz secondment is a complicated thg wid somone lik ur boss......so jus make it easy 4 u during d rem 3 months   ............  may b u can finish off a subj or two during dis time.......ny issues if u feel addressed.............get back 2 me..........first start :) ......othr thgs  will fall in place......

GO FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING 

As you have mentioned, that you are a sincere and hard working article, and the gap between your frst CA firm and this one will be balanced, if you go for industrial training. 
Their working hours are also particular and you will get much more things to get acquainted with, so just focus now on to get a decent company wherein you can do your Industrial training(remaining training).
As you have already completed half of your training and i think half more a year will be nothing more, just focus on your studies and build up your CV, work on yourself more to get selected by the company for IT.

Secondly, Secondment can also be availed if you are getting your employers permission(if he's not ready then nothing you can do). 

PS:  Taking transfers  repeatedly during the year and secondment will be tough and If you are willing to do a job after being a CA, then at the time selection procedure by companies this question will be asked to you that y you are changing firms so consecutively. that will be very tough to answer, at that point of time as they would counter you with another question or so.

So as of now just only focus on your studies, and take an oath that I'll perform my best in Industrial training, hope this article(2years) fininshes soon !
Just do not argue/confess your thoughts to your CA, or anykind of misbehaviour.
As far as the question of doing the personal things of his are concerned talk to him about it.Do not let him know that you are planning in such a way of getting rid of him. just take it cool and be cool, study hard and smart.

First of all I am so happy that so many friends have come in my support and given me useful suggestions. At least now I don't feel myself alone and my fear has also reduced a bit.

After watching so many suggestions tears have started rolling down from my eyes. I will find the courage to deal with this situation.

Friends, I promise you all that I will definitely become a good C.A. and change the system of articleship and punish those CAs badly who are ruining the life of CA aspirants.

You can make a complaint against ur CA to the institute. ICAI has guidelines regarding this..... talk to the institute regarding the exact rules.

Change your city (if it's possible) and take an articleship at a place where it pays.
