Can anybody help me to know the correct rate of Depreciation allowed on Interior Decoration as per Companies Act, if the building is a rented one & the rent period is for three years. What will be its implication as per Income Tax Act?

I Think Interior Decoration is Not Included in Defination of Asset Acc. to Companies Act.
If Any Knows Sure, Please Let Me Know Too.
Depreciations are allowed on Assets and Interior Decoration does not fall into the category of asset..... hence no depreciation.
