What is the rate of depreciation and Usefull life for website as per companies Act

You may consider under intangible assets @ 25%,
But check whether it comes under PPE or investment.. Website can generate income . So there will be appreciation instead of depreciation

as such in comapnies act 2013 you cannot classify website.
So the perecentage mentioned is not correct.
That's why I have clearly mentioned that check whether it comes under PPE
