DEPB Entitlement

Dear All,

We procured some of the materials with Annexure 45 without payment of duty and some material after paying customs duty. The ratio of Duty paid non duty paid goods is 48:52 and the final product is exported to SEZ. In this regard we wish claim to drawback under DEPB. Can we get 5% of full DEPB or we get only 48% of DEPB.

Please clarify in this regard at the earliest.
