Client received demand in 143 intimations but he forget to file any reply and its time barred now. Is there any remedy to file a reply to this.

Go to outstanding demand and reply to that
Reply to outstanding demand is of no use until rectification filed for that
The queriest has not specified the year. So you can't simply tell rectification. There is a time limit for it

Rectification can be filed within 4 years.

Outstanding deman option never get blocked
Then how can you say it doesn't work
As when you file reply for outstanding demand, you are required to fill details of rectification then only demand will reduce.
I think you don't have practical knowledge. Go inside and check many other options are available
