Delayed submission of form 112 & its consequences

I had joined my CS course by nov 2011 but i didn't submit my form 112 till now

Do i need to give condonation of delay letter, if so to whom i should give and is that my principal signature is required in that.

And will there any adverse effect on my articleship

Kindly help me out ...

Yes nandini your principal sig is requird actually that letter is to written by ur principal to institute for condonation of delay in deposit of form112. On the other hand if u had not submitted your form then ur articlship during cs persuing period will not be considered. For more clearance search on icai search engine u vl definately get anything else imp regarding form 112.
