Hi friends....

A letter of condonement is needed to be submitted while late submiting of form 108.. what are the details required to be written in it and attestation is required for the same???

Please help me....

one of friend also late submit form no 108 with condonement letter. it will be attested by ur principal.

form no 108 will be in triplicate nd only one copy will be sent at ur regional office.

in ur case enclosed

1. demand draft

2. condonement letter.

No my dear friend there is no need for attestation from anybody.Just write a simple letter and state the reason for delay that`s it and enclose your DD as late fees.I have done that...

can u please guide me on late filling on form number 108, completion of article ship i have finished my article ship in march 2011. its already 4 month
