My articleship ended on 30th april. So I filled form 108 and posted it on 25th may. But the form has not yet reached the institute due to fault of Speed Post. Normal delivery period is 2 days. Will institute demend for delay fees from me..?? Plz Help..

Yes, institute have right to take delay fee bez it is your fault not institute fault. . . . .
