Defective notice 139 (9)

Respected Sir, though d CPC resent d defective notice again saying d taxpayer is not applicable to 44ada after filing revised itr4 changing from 44ada to 44ad date of communication is same as earlier as 21/09/2017. Should it be taken as system error. Can I opt for NOB code 607 others of professionals which is under 44ada because my TDS is deducted under 194j ?
