Is there any provisions of settlement between two CA for transfer of articleship?
For eg. If I want to join another CA Firm for 3 months for the purpose of experience within the same city then can both CAs mutually understand and allow me officially? Will it be counted as leave or working days?

In this case, u can go for secondment of articleship. Maximum upto 1 yr. , u can take secondment with another CA and continue articleship. This is not treated as leave or extension of articleship.
