Deductor avoiding to deposit TDS.
As clear from the title, what recourse is available to the deductee in case deductor -for any reason- deliberately avoids depositing TDS?

Report it to IT / Tds dept section
What is the procedure?
There is no legal procedure , you have to ask your deductor to correct TDS details.
You can submit a grievance to IT dept complaining about the counter party
Not to derail the legitimate question posed in this topic, but I have a similar query.
What to do when TDS is deducted but not reflected in the 26AS - and the deductor is the tax department? They deducted TDS on tax refund interest but credit not showing in 26AS!

If the tds on interest is deducted in April then it reflects in 26AS only after the quarter is ended .

Just read you reply, you are keep asking your queries after every comment without waiting for earlier reply. & just check no querist is intrested in replying to your multiple replying again and again.
