Hi,
I have taken a loan jointly with my mother to purchase a property in delhi. Purchased property is in name of my mother solely. Loan EMI is deducted from my acccount. I want to take benefit u/s 80C and 24 but I could not as property is in name of my mother.
Is there any wayout by which I can claim the deduction u/s 80C and 24 ?

Purchase or get gift some percentage of the property by way of registered deed, and become co-owner.....
