Declaring loss in STCG

My STCG gain was 30575 and loss was 28952. When filing the return, do I have to mention the difference in gain?

Quick Summary
When filing your tax return, you must declare both your Short Term Capital Gains (STCG) and your Short Term Capital Losses (STCL) separately. The STCL can then be used to offset your STCG, reducing your overall taxable gain. Ensure both figures are clearly shown on your return for correct adjustment.

Short term Capital gains loss was 28952. Short term Capital loss can be adjusted against short term Capital gain

Thanks for your response

You have to show both separately and same will be adjusted
