1. Debit note shall be issued, when,

- Actual value of supply is higher than that stated in the tax invoice issued previously.

- Tax charged in that invoice is lower than that correctly applicable on the supply.

2. Debit note must be considered in the return for the month when it is issued.

Except in the circumstances specified, debit note is not permitted to be issued merely because a financial adjustment is required to be made.

[Refer Sec. 34(3) of the CGST Act]

You mean GSTR 1...?! If Yes.,

Are You filed Your GSTR 1 return as per above said invoices...?
yes ..
the invoice is related to January
and how can I rectify it???
If GSTR 1 then What You mean Debit Note...?
hey..
if we changed the gst values in bill means how it will maches with the supplier??
Madam.,

Give to Revised invoice and Amend the details in Your next GSTR 1...
Madam., Why I ask the details is credit / Debit note means some time somebody is not meaningful for debit / credit note...
then I hv to get the revised invoice from the supplier
Oh Madam.,

Once again I'm confused...

You are taking about Your Inwards or Outwards like Purchase or Sales...? 😇
Madam. Are you talking about changes of sales bill or purchase bill?...
it is a purchase invoice
Oh.... You can adjust the difference in Your next GSTR 3B...
