in addition toabove also visit the nearest icai regional chapter where u registeredfor articleship and talk to concern officer in articles section they will properly guide u how to submit whic form etc...DONT WORRY
If yours is a partnership firm, any of the other surving partner(s) should issue a service certificate in Form 116.
Else, the legal representative of your principal shall issue the same in Form 115.
