Dear sir/madam
one of my client running as partnership business having two partners. 15 days back one partner died.my doubt is..
1. client is trying to take new partner ( not the legal heirs of deceased partners)
.and continue the existing business.
2. what's the procedure to take new partner?
3.whether we have to Dissolve the existing firm or we can take the new partner and register with the Registrar of firms.
4. because our client is dealer
it's very difficult to Dissolve the firm entirely and to get new vendor code from company.
5. please suggest which option is better.
