who r they ....if institute wants to eradicate dummy then shall take appropriate step ... 3 student se kya hoga ...agar check karna hain toh har attempt ki sare merit holder ko acche se check kare ...i am confident that > 75% are dummy
what ever they do they dont have guts to take action against erring members who extract work more than 35 hours a week and those who dont pay even 100 rupees of stipend. ICAI council is the most cowardly organisation
no use of posting anything. things will be done in the way they want !!

i too agree
this is not true. in exception u can see, dummy gets rank. but my suggestion is to check whole at the time of exam, that can only restrict dummy.
