Dear Sekhar,
All the leading bank are giving loan to DDA flat scheme for eg. ICICI, SBI, UTi (AXIS) and many more, you may contanct any one of them, they are giving full 1.5 Lakh loan.

what documents are required for application for financing the dda flats app amount 1.5 lacs & what is the amount to be paid to the financing bank :uti.icici,sbi secondally how i can check that my application is submitted to the DDA officials.
A post dated cheque amounting to Rs. 1,50,000/- and PAN card photocopy, photograph, and bond signed by you and the bank, last one a amount of Interest which is different in different bank.

It depends on bank, I think they will consider it, SBI is financing the whole 1.5 lakh at a nominal rate i.e. Rs. 5050/- for the whole process and finance.

Please let us know the documents needs to be attached with the application form. We both (My self (Salaried in ND) and My brother in low is studing in Jaipur) are want to apply for DDA flats.
My self will apply directly and brother in low will apply through bank loan.
