Is it important to mention the date on the trademark application??
My employee submitted the application without writing the date. Is it still valid? and also the record on the status of applcation still mentions the correct date of application date. Can anybody guide me with where this is going?

Well, not sure if you got an answer to this one...but ideally your form should be complete in all aspects.
But then if you skip the date of application then ideally the date for registration of trademark should be the date on which you submitted the form. This would be entered by the operator.
So if your records show the correct date of application, then you may relax!
