Can we enter a bill in another date instead of bill date? There may be some reason for being late like delay in reciveing bill etc. If yes than is there any legal problem from the sale tax quarterly return point of view if we entered previous quarter bill in next quarter.

i think u should entered the bill on its actual date only even if it is received late. u will have to revised u r that quarter vat or CST return as the case may be
