what is the last date for the submission of vat audit report under the maharashtra value added tax act 2002 for the financial year 2006-07?????

The report of the audit under section 61 shall be submitted within eight months of the end of the year to which the report relates.

I don't know about Maharashtra VAT Act but usally VAT audit reort should be signed and audited within 6 months from the close of relevant financial year.
In Karnataka, Last date of submission of VAT Audit Report is on 31st Dec.
What is last date of audit in gujarat ofa vat audit date is extended
ya in gujarat possibly it will be going to extend up to 31st march 2008, but still me too waiting for confirmation...............
