what is the last date for the submission of vat audit report under the maharashtra value added tax act 2002 for the financial year 2006-07?????

The report of the audit under section 61 shall be submitted within eight months of the end of the year to which the report relates.

Hi.. I don't know about Maharashtra VAT Act but usally VAT audit reort should be signed and audited within 6 months from the close of relevant financial year.
