Dear sir,
The damaged goods returned from registered party and thereby credit note issued without decreasing the output tax liability is mandatory to figure in gstr1

If Total material returned fully or partly...?
It is a continuous process time to time whenever there is for such return
If goods returned then GST will be charged as per rate and it's Value...
If goods returned then GST will be charged as per rate and it's Value... And it will be shown in GSTR 1 return by seller.
