D-Vat assessing officer raised Demand notices against non submission of "C"
forms for the F.Y. 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-2017.

Now I received all pending C forms.

What is time limit to file appeal against above mentioned demands. under Dvat act.

Summary: Under the DVAT Act, you have 2 months from the date of service of the demand notice to file an objection under Section 74. If you have exceeded this time, you may request a delay condonation for an additional 2 months by filing Form DVAT-39, provided you can demonstrate "sufficient cause" for the delay and have paid the undisputed tax amount.
