Why Is It Important?
The term Cyber Monday was coined in 2005 to draw customers to retailer's e-commerce sites and keep the shopping momentum up after Black Friday. Cyber Monday has become one of the biggest shopping days of the year. While Black Friday involves shopping in physical stores, the shopping is primarily online during Cyber Monday.
