I am preparing for CWA inter group 1 exam. DUe to my professional obligations i have not been able to attend classes regularly. Can anyone suggest what books to use for teh New scheme subjects :-
1. Commercial and industrial Law , 2. Auditing 3. Financial Accounting 4. Direct Taxation.
PLease help. I need to know ASAP.

refer icwa module only, its suffiecien to clear the exam. i studied from module only. mostly question comes from there. for presentation, u can refer suggested answers.
For direct tax u can refer T.N. Manoharan.

Our study material is enough. One word questions asked in the exam nearly 20 - 25 marks. Many questions are repetitive. So my best suggestion is buy SCANNER or last 3 to 5 years suggested answers and concentrate on major chapter then you can easily clear the exam.
