Cwa inter group 1 scanner

From where can i get CWA ne course group 1 scanner...it is available online on suchitra publications site...but can't order them from there because of some error like no payment option is available for you....Also did not get from "nayi sadak" chandni chowk ,delhi....Can some one help me here. ?
