Cwa inter-cc revalidation

Dear Friends,

My CWA Inter CC paper has expired ,how to revalidate my cc in the cwa website. i have to attach the expired cc certificate with the revalidation application under Value added service. And have to write the CC test again after paying the fee? if so through online or offline and where to submit? what is the last date for this?

Please respond as early as possible ,iam preparing for december exams ...
