Cwa articleship

Hi frnds,I want to do Icwa Inter according to new scheme we have to undergo 3 years articleship training after passing Icwa inter.

 In the notice issued by ICWA  If the student already has work experience of 3 years then it will be considered as

3 years articleship training.

     My doubt is whether 3 yrs articleship done under ICAI will be considered as Work experince. 

     Please clarify me.
